Harding Enterprizes Inc. is a family-owned and operated business specializing in building, maintaining, and servicing personal
residences and rental properties.

Jim Jr. grew up in the construction trade in the late 1970's working with his father, Jim Sr. Under his father's patient direction, he built his first home at age 16. This was a terrific learning opportunity in the construction field and in business management. In 1984, Jim started his own company, Jim Harding Jr. Construction, becoming the youngest person to receive his contracting license in the State of California. Jim went on to college to receive a four-year degree in Automotive Technology with a business minor, but his real love was in construction, and for the woman he met there - Rochelle. They were married in 1987 and started a family three years later. In 2011, Jim and Rochelle realized their business had grown to encompass more than building homes and decided to incorporate, changing their name to Harding Enterprizes, Inc. Their two daughters, Alisha and Emily, grew up occasionally helping out with various jobs around the properties and they are still involved to this day! It is indeed a family business. 

The Harding's have now been in the construction trade for over 25 years. They bring valuable expertise and a desire to improve the housing and rental market. Choosing to keep the rentals they build allows them to maintain the units and oversee their operations with a close eye to detail. This is what makes it possible to keep the rents reasonable, and the quality high!
