We are a family-run apartment property management company. By building the properties we manage, we can keep the costs modest and the service excellent.

We specialize in well-cared-for, quiet, one and two bedroom communities in Paradise, CA.  One small animal is accepted at all locations - companion, service, and guide animals are recognized (Ask for our Companion Animal Policy).  

All are Non-smoking properties and handicap units are available.
